The former "Meierei" in Muolen is being breathed new life!

The old Meierhof is being renovated; instead of the barn, three terraced houses will be created.

At the center are a nature-oriented landscape design and the promotion of biodiversity. On the south side, each house will receive a private outdoor area with a preceding orchard of regional high-stem trees.

House B

The former barn was dismantled and replaced by a replacement new building consisting of three terraced single-family houses. The row of terraced houses with a ventilated wooden facade and the roof made of clay tiles reflect the appearance of the former barn. The new building will be attached to the residential house (A) accordingly.

The largely identical single-family houses consist of two full floors (ground floor and upper floor), an attic, and a partial basement.

On the ground floor, oriented to the south, the living areas are organized with living, dining, and cooking. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with a bathroom located between them and an open lounge area/play corner/office spanning the entire depth of the building.

In the attic, the master bedroom with a bathroom and dressing area is situated. Lighting is provided via a south-facing dormer and a skylight in each case.

All terraced houses have a basement with their own individual building technology and utility rooms.

Garage building

The former stable is being replaced by a new building in timber construction. Each house will therefore receive an individual garage, accessible from the courtyard, with an open hobby/attic room under the roof. This building is not thermally insulated.

Daylight is provided by one window on the east side in each case. The exterior skin has been realized as wooden cladding.
To the side of the garage section, there are outdoor parking and visitor spaces.
