4 ½ rooms single house

A rarity!

Building land/single-family house in a quiet, sunny south-facing slope location with a panoramic view of the Alpine chain up to the Eiger and Mönch.

The sunny plot in an excellent view location offers you the ideal foundation to realize your dream of owning a home. The plot is suitable for the replacement new construction of a spacious estate, of two single-family houses, or possibly for the construction of a terraced house with two or three residential units.

The plot comprises a total of 845 m². The single-family house from the year 1942 features a healthy building substance and double-shell masonry. The house is a unique piece and is still largely in its original condition. One can feel the special charm of this era and it is fundamentally still habitable. However, with regard to equipment, comfort, and energetic standards, the property no longer meets today's requirements. Depending on needs, a comprehensive renovation or a replacement new construction is therefore an option.
Binding information as well as clarifications regarding buildability are to be obtained by interested buyers directly from the responsible building authority.

The plot is sold without further guarantees in its current condition.
